This Privacy Policy applies to the Filtersten Work Assistant mobile application (the "App") provided by Filtersten A/S.

Our App operates on a strict "Offline-First" basis. We do not collect, transmit, upload, or store any of your personal data on external servers.

Local Storage: All data entered (reports, inventory logs, maintenance records) is stored exclusively on your device's internal memory.
No Analytics: We do not use third-party analytics services (like Google Analytics, Firebase, or Facebook Pixel).
No Advertising: The App contains no advertisements and no tracking cookies.

To function properly, the App requires the following permissions:

Camera & Gallery: Required only to allow you to attach photos to maintenance logs or equipment reports. These images remain on your device.
Storage: Required to save generated PDF reports to your device so you can view or share them manually.

Since we do not collect your data, we cannot and do not share it with any third parties, advertisers, or law enforcement agencies.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data. Since all data is local:

Access & Rectification: You can view and edit all your data directly within the App's screens.
Erasure: You can permanently delete all data by simply uninstalling the App or clearing its storage in your device settings.
